How we produced and implemented this Project

What the Back To School Conference needed:

The Back To School Conference needed the production of a large-scale event for 600+ attendees, overseeing every aspect from full venue and vendor management. We created a comprehensive landing page with all event details (schedule, speakers, wayfinding, FAQ, etc) to uplevel the attendee experience. We handled detailed event logistics, including audio/visual/lighting planning, master RoS decks, and floorplan designs. Our focus was ensuring a seamless and immersive attendee journey while delivering on every detail for the event’s success.

BTS Conference Recap

A comprehensive, user-friendly event landing page designed for seamless navigation. Clear, concise messaging was prioritized to guide attendees through the schedule, speaker information, and wayfinding effortlessly. The site was optimized for functionality, featuring interactive elements, clean visuals, and an intuitive layout to ensure an engaging and informative experience for all 600+ attendees.
